For one of our clients, one of the biggest HVAC companies, we are looking for a Service Support to join the team.
Your new role
- Order handling service & spare parts within ERP: sales/work order bookings, sales/work orders invoicing,
- reports
- • Service jobs/contracts administration
- • Service partners administration
- • Inventory administration for both goods and non-goods related (spare parts, materials technicians’ cars,
- tools, etc)
- • Claims and warranty administration
- • Weekly & monthly reports: utilisation, material, warranty, backlog, new orders, parts etc
What you'll need to succeed
- Academic background in engineering ideally.
- 5 years of working experience, from which min. 2 in a similar position within a multinational or a big local
- organisation within the industrial sector preferably.
- Fluency in Romanian and English languages, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy, very good command of Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be a strong asset
