Looking for an entry level SSM Specialist based in/near Brasov.

For our client, a group of engineering companies involved in a wide range of activities, from general construction works to electrical, thermal, sanitary installations and process technology for the food, pharmaceutical, tobacco, personal care, or chemical industries.
Your new role
- Assessing risks related to the security and health of employees and developing a prevention and protection plan and instructions based on the specific activities carried out.
- Developing specific instructions for applying occupational health and safety regulations according to the peculiarities of work processes within the organization.
- Checking how current legislative regulations and norms regarding fire risk prevention, employee health protection, and environmental protection are applied.
- Maintaining contact with the RSVTI operator to facilitate the initial and periodic training of equipment operators.
- Complying with and applying current legislation on occupational health and safety, general and specific standards, and regulations specific to the field of activity.
What you'll need to succeed
- Certification based on the SSM course - 80 hours;
- Professional experience in Health and Safety (SSM) / Emergency Situations (SU);
- PC operating skills – Office suite;
- Legislative knowledge regarding environmental protection;
- Decision-making ability and taking responsibility;
- Analysis, synthesis, organization, and planning capacity;
- Very good interpersonal communication skills;
- Category B driving license & availability for travel to construction sites.
