Your new role

1. Responsibility for POS materials preparation process in accordance with company standards (briefing the agency, supervising the schedule, verifying materials before ordering their production)
2. Active support in preparing and executing store/in store marketing strategy including a coherent activity plan (in cooperation with commercial and sales departments)
3. Verification of implementation in stores (regular promos and opening events)
4. Cooperation with external agencies and producers
5. Development of store/instore part of the Communication Plan including media, store communication elements and consumer navigation to POS
6. Market research and recommendation regarding further development of Froo store concept
7. Budget management (planning, reporting spending)

What you'll need to succeed

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in the Romanian retail market is a must, ideally combined with graphic – related skills and competences (PS/indd, designing)
2. High sense of aesthetics, following designs and graphic trends
3. Excellent organisation of own work and commitment; meticulousness and accuracy
4. Openness to work in a dynamic environment, facing an ad hoc, efficient way of thinking and acting
5. MS Office (Excel, World and PowerPoint) – high level
6. Communicative English (B2/C1)
