We are looking for a dedicated and results‑oriented Technical Director Agribusiness / Farm Manager to coordinate and develop agricultural operations across approximately 4,000 hectares.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, organising, and monitoring all agricultural activities, including fieldwork, crop technologies, and equipment use.
- Coordinating and supervising the farm team, including the mechanical workshop and grain storage staff.
- Ensuring proper functioning of the machinery fleet and overseeing maintenance activities in collaboration with the workshop manager.
- Monitoring grain stocks and managing the reception, conditioning, and delivery processes according to internal procedures.
- Implementing modern farming technologies and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Tracking consumption, optimising operational costs, and reporting activities to management.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers, service providers, and authorities.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and preparing regular reports for management.
- Planning and managing the budget allocated to agricultural operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a management role within agriculture.
- Strong knowledge of modern agricultural technologies, crop systems, and farm equipment.
- Excellent organisation, planning, and leadership skills.
- Ability to make fast and effective decisions in the field.
- Knowledge of grain storage management (considered an advantage).
- Category B driving license.
