We are looking for a dedicated and results‑oriented Technical Director Agribusiness / Farm Manager to coordinate and develop agricultural operations across approximately 4,000 hectares.

Your new role

• Planning, organising, and monitoring all agricultural activities, including fieldwork, crop technologies, and equipment use.
• Coordinating and supervising the farm team, including the mechanical workshop and grain storage staff.
• Ensuring proper functioning of the machinery fleet and overseeing maintenance activities in collaboration with the workshop manager.
• Monitoring grain stocks and managing the reception, conditioning, and delivery processes according to internal procedures.
• Implementing modern farming technologies and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Tracking consumption, optimising operational costs, and reporting activities to management.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers, service providers, and authorities.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and preparing regular reports for management.
• Planning and managing the budget allocated to agricultural operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a management role within agriculture.
• Strong knowledge of modern agricultural technologies, crop systems, and farm equipment.
• Excellent organisation, planning, and leadership skills.
• Ability to make fast and effective decisions in the field.
• Knowledge of grain storage management (considered an advantage).
• Category B driving license.
