Your new company
Our client has manufactured safety gloves and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) since 1973 and has production facilities in Europe and Asia. The brand is recognised by the most important purchasing structures and has expertise in many areas such as automotive, metal and glass.
Your new role
Due to the big expansion of the Group, our client is looking for a Territory Sales Manager, to promote our products and push their brand in the Central - South of Romania. The main tasks of the mission are:
- To brainstorm, create, implement, and lead the commercial strategy in the South of Romania with the Area Sales Manager CEE.
- To visit factories (end-users) in the South of Romania and push the brand.
- To create and to develop a network of distributors. To propose commercial solutions: offer of products, price, and logistics.
- To report the activity (written in CRM).
- To keep and take care of our client’s current business (we already have some customers in the South of Romania).
What you'll need to succeed
- Mandatory experience for a manufacturer of PPE or a distributor of PPE (except medical, chemical and construction), minimum 5 years.
- The TSM likes to work on the road daily.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent knowledge in the industrial sector in the South of Romania: metal, glass industries, manufacturing, engineering, electronics, and industrial equipment. Experience in the industrial sector is very important.
