Your new role

1. Trade plan: planning, coordination and verification based on marketing strategy and extensive knowledge of the Romanian retail market
2. Store - opening campaigns: planning & execting (including general concept, plan, promotional activities, budgeting etc)
3. Cooperation with the commercial/ operation/ logistics teams to assure business consistency and effectiveness.
4. Analysis of market trends and competition activities for promotional campaigns and customer activation
5. Constant supervision over marketing campaigns

What you'll need to succeed

1. Experience in working in a similar position, including knowledge of the most effective promotional mechanics + familiarity with retail market in Romania is a must
2. Analytical way of thinking; data – based approach
3. Creativity and innovation in project implementation
4. Openness to work in dynamic environment, agility in way of thinking and acting
5. Proactive and solution – based attitude
6. Good organization of your own work in a fast – changing environment
7. MS Office (Excel, World and Power Point) – high level
8. Communicative English (B2/C1)
